Key Responsibilities for the Junior Broker

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.

* Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.

* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

* Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the company CRM system.

* Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner.

* Work closely with the sales team and management to refine strategies and improve performance.
