Location: Greater London
Spotify is seeking an experienced sales trainer to define and drive the training strategy for our EMEA sales teams. You will deliver engaging onboarding sessions both virtually and in person, collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to train teams on new ad products and positioning.
You’ll design and facilitate dynamic sales skills workshops, conduct needs assessments, create learning materials, and provide personalized coaching to elevate sales staff.
