We are looking for you if you want to make our customers happy with their new Kapten & Son product!

You are the face of our brand on site and infect everyone with the Kapten & Son spirit with your friendly manner.

The heart of your area of responsibility is providing friendly, professional advice and support to our customers when purchasing our products.

In addition to providing advice, you ensure a smooth process at the checkout and thus ensure that our customers have a great shopping experience until the end of their visit.

When implementing marketing measures, you have a feel for the right staging of our products and thus create a beautiful look in the store.

Together with your team, you are responsible for achieving sales targets and improving processes and implementing all our marketing measures to promote sales.
