The Role

We’re building a talent pool for this role ahead of anticipated growth. If you’re the right fit we’ll be in touch as soon as the position is confirmed. This is a phone‑based Sales Executive role based in our Aldgate, London office. You will help customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving. There is no cold calling – just real conversations and warm enquiries every day.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive is a key business contributor whose primary role is to drive business growth via a customer and solution focused approach. This role will handle sales enquiries, educate customers over the phone on Splend’s unique industry‑leading products and benefits, and progress potential customers through the sales pipeline from enquiry to subscription.

Responsibilities
  • Educate customers across our product suite and Splend’s points of difference.
  • Explain the benefits and potential earnings and lifestyle that on‑demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey.
  • Help new customers to rideshare by booking them into the Splend Assist program and communicating required documents.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Work closely with operations and depot teams to maximise sales potentials and focus on specific products to meet stock demands and business goals.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in line with Splend’s values and passion for our customers.

  • Desirable experience within the automotive industry.
  • Highly effective communication skills, ability to work in a team and build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time‑management skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow and develop in a high‑growth scale‑up environment.
  • Great customer service skills with an outcome‑driven focus and approach.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Comfortable with working alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu the following week).
