We’re partnering with an award-winning beauty brand to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales who will lead the next phase of its European wholesale growth. • Take ownership of the European wholesale strategy.
• Lead key retail partnerships with customers including Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Amazon, and Douglas
  .
• Develop and execute best‑in‑class Joint Business Plans.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region.
• Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers.
• Set the commercial direction, deliver ambitious revenue targets, manage budgets, forecast and reforecast while ensuring exceptional execution across every customer.

• Commercially astute and relationship‑driven with an outstanding track record of growing premium retail accounts.
• Strong relationships with key beauty buyers.
• Energetic in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to influence business direction.
• Ambitious, strategic, hands‑on and motivated by growth.

• Up to £110,000 base salary.
• Bonus and pension plan.
• Permanent role based in London.
