Commercial Account Manager

Location:Westbourne Park, London (Hybrid)
Salary:£50,000 – £80,000 DOE

A fast-growing technology business operating within the events, hospitality and payments space is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join its expanding team.

The company provides an innovative technology platform that helps festivals, venues, stadiums, arenas and food-led events streamline their operations through integrated point-of-sale, payments, data and customer management solutions.

Following significant year-on-year growth, they are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to take ownership of existing customer relationships, ensuring retention, growth and long-term partnerships.

The Role

As Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities and ensure they continue to receive maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Driving customer retention, renewals and account expansion
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams
  • Supporting customer success initiatives across a diverse client base
  • Working closely with internal sales teams to support commercial growth opportunities
About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background within technology, payments, SaaS or event-focused solutions.

You will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management, customer success or commercial roles
  • Experience managing client relationships with revenue responsibility
  • A track record of renewals, retention and account growth
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach:
