What You'll Be Doing As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in helping businesses achieve their growth ambitions while developing your own commercial expertise.
You'll learn how to:
Build long-term relationships with businesses across the UK. Develop your own portfolio of clients and become their trusted point of contact. Identify new business opportunities through proactive business development. Meet with clients at their offices to gain a genuine understanding of their business and future plans. Attend client meetings, networking events and business lunches to strengthen relationships. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
Negotiate commercial agreements and provide tailored solutions. Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including Directors, Business Owners and Hiring Managers. Become a specialist within your market, offering insight, advice and commercial expertise. Take ownership of your own success while working within a supportive, high-performing team. No two days are the same. One day you could be meeting a new client, the next negotiating a commercial agreement, visiting businesses or growing relationships with your existing accounts.
