Business Account Manager Leeds £55,000 - £72,000 Permanent Job Flexible working hours within a 37.5 hour permanent contract Your new role Hays are working with a leading and well-known business within the professional services industry who are looking for a Business Account Director to join a growing team, where you'll be responsible for managing accounts, building long-term partnerships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy over their accounts, developing networks and creating solutions that add genuine value to customers and stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, business leaders and key partners. Financial services would be advantageous. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your market. Creating and delivering business development plans that support wider business objectives.

Keeping up to date with market trends and identifying areas for growth. Managing your own pipeline and prioritising opportunities effectively. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and deliver the best outcomes. Supporting a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and customer-focused. Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
