About the Role:Powered by Today Tix (PxT) is Today Tix Group’s enterprise ticketing and commerce platform, providing the technology that helps the world’s leading cultural organisations, attractions and live events power their box office, grow their audiences and sell more tickets.
As PxT grows across new partners, new verticals and the expanding MARI portfolio, the success of our clients depends on more than great technology. It depends on someone who understands their business, brings the right people together and ensures the full Today Tix platform delivers on its promises.
The Account Lead serves as the primary owner for a portfolio of PxT’s most strategic clients once they have entered implementation. You’ll serve as their trusted advisor, coordinate cross‑functional teams around a shared account strategy, and ensure clients experience one connected Today Tix rather than a collection of individual teams.

Please note:
This is a full‑time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of three days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.
