• Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times.

• Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the brand journey as a story while engaging with them.
• Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand.
• Overcome selling challenges with confidence.

• Experience in a hands‑on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
