Our client is a leading provider of high-quality printed folded cartons for non-food markets. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, they are looking to expand their sales team to drive new business growth.

Our client has invested in a brand new Folder / Gluer and Bobst Die Cutter adding to their capacity and they are seeking a new business hunter to seek out and win new accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the printed folded cartons sector.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development:
    Identify and target potential clients in need of printed folded cartons. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Present and demonstrate company products to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their packaging requirements.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
