The Opportunity As a Sales Specialist or Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing long-term relationships with customers across various sectors. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our industry-leading security, fire, and life safety solutions. Day-to-day of the role:
Generate new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award. Identify customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams. Develop strategic account plans and maximise revenue opportunities. Required:

Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management. Background in Fire & Security Sales, Technical Sales, Facilities Management Sales, or related sectors is advantageous. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to manage long-term client relationships and new business acquisition.

Experience with in the Fire & Security industry is preferred but not essential. Benefits:
