Location: Greater London

Responsibilities

  • Client Management:
    Focus on a major Automotive/Lifestyle client; day‑to‑day client management, act as first-point calls for requests/updates, prepare materials for updates, organize regional office updates, manage new business pipeline, collaborate with IMG teams globally to ensure efficient client updates.
  • Licensee Management:
    Ensure licensees activate license rights; design, produce, distribute, and market licensed products; support 50+ licensees with strategy updates, contract amendments (excluding product development/creative support); conduct royalty report analysis to verify sales in territories/retailers.
  • New Business Development:
    Identify new category opportunities, research prospects, create new licensee prospecting lists, outreach to potential licensees, conduct sales conversations with support, manage sales materials, attend trade shows.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    Ensure timely royalty reporting, collaborate with finance team for overdue payments, produce quarterly finance reports and client/licensee records to monitor performance.
  • Legal Administration:
    Generate contracts with legal team, capture deal terms in CRM, review drafted contracts for accuracy, maintain Excel summaries of contract terms for all live contracts.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized, adaptable, attention to detail, thorough and efficient.
  • Experience in securing new licensees and engaging in senior-level commercial conversations.
  • Quick learner with problem‑solving skills and proactive initiative.
  • Team player with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, open to others’ ideas.
  • Positive, friendly customer‑service attitude and client‑first mindset.
