Job Summary
Comcast Business is in search of a new team member in the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly ambitious sales hunter looking to make their next bold step into a growing industry. As the Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager (internally branded as Account Executive III), you will be responsible for the sale of Comcast Business Managed Service, WAN, Cyber Service, Internet, Video, and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses.
CoreResponsibilities
- Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Use persuasion and negotiation skills to meet sales goals while exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
- Promote and position Comcast in your sales territory, cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations while generating new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Retain the customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention, working with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that exceed expectations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies & designs (SD‑WAN, SASE, SSe, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Voice Network Technologies including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, networking protocols (Layers 1, 2 &
3), Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts, and E‑rate Contracting Processes and Procedures. - Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Attend out‑of‑office meetings with customers on a regular basis, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.
- Experience in closing enterprise‑level sales (new to business) with medium to large Enterprise customers.
- Experience working with and building deep relationships with channel partners (both direct and indirect).
- Experience presenting managed service solutions to C‑Level and/or strategic IT decision makers.
- Experience selling solutions, managed services, and building customized solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Comcast operating principles and ability to align actions accordingly.
- Commitment to delivering a seamless digital customer experience and advocating for technology, products, and services.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and inclusion.
Bachelor's Degree (Required). Comcast may consider applicants who hold a combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
Certifications (if applicable)Relevant industry certifications are desirable but not required.
Relevant Work Experience7‑10 Years working in enterprise sales or related fields.
