About The Role

Knight Frank is launching a new Affiliate Broker model, created for experienced residential brokers who want to build their own business with the backing of one of the world’s most respected property brands. We’re looking for a broker to represent the Hadley Wood & Radlett territory – whilst also listing and selling in Southgate, Winchmore Hill and Grande Park, operating independently while being fully aligned to Knight Frank’s global platform.

As a self‑employed Affiliate Broker, you’ll manage sales and lettings end to end, grow your own pipeline and build a personal brand, all with the credibility, reach and infrastructure of Knight Frank behind you.

• Run your own business within the Knight Frank brand representing you
• Operate in a market not currently covered by our London offices
• 50% commission on all completed deals, plus referral income across our global network
• £7,500 marketing investment to launch and grow your presence
• Full access to CRM, portals, marketing collateral, photography and floor plans
• Worldwide referrals across 150+ service lines and 20,000 property professionals
• Centralised compliance, admin and operational support so you can focus on clients

• Established residential sales and/or lettings professionals
• Brokers with strong local knowledge/contacts in the North London markets, or the ambition to own a defined market, supported by largest privately owned property company across the globe.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated individuals ready to step beyond the traditional office model
