Responsibilities
- Support the Int Marketplace team in the maximisation of International sales from Marketplaces.
- Drive profitable International growth across C&H Marketplaces.
- Support the Int Marketplace team in the delivery of key International KPI’s for your product areas and Marketplace Partners.
- Work closely with the Trading teams to promote an International marketplace mindset within the business.
- Support the Int C&H Marketplace team in the delivery of an International product strategy.
- Work closely with the M&S/Marketplace Planning, Int Trading and Supply Chain & Logistics teams to gather accurate product information.
- Support the Int Marketplace Planner with updating accurate product information in partner portals.
- Check IBT buying information is accurate and fit for Marketplace requirements.
- Work closely with the International Trading Team and Marketplace partners to ensure a smooth and timely ordering process.
- Support with sales and stock analysis to aid Int Marketplace partner/Manager in decision‑making on assortment, sizing and volume plans to maximise sales and profit.
- Work closely with the Int Trading and Logistic teams to track any changes to products.
- Support Int Marketplace Team with sales and stock analysis to maximise sales and profit opportunities and growth.
- Support Int Marketplace Planners to create lessons learnt for product category/depts and drive forward action to grow sales in future seasons.
- Numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Confident with using Excel.
- Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with Marketplace Partners, BU, Supply Chain & Logistics Teams, Online Team and International colleagues.
- Strong communicative, influencing, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, positive approach and ability to flourish working in a small agile team and working with Marketplace partners.
- Understanding of the critical path creation and delivery.
- Ability to understand performance, key metrics and how to use such data to maximise sales and deliver growth in future seasons with marketplace partners.
- Ability to fully utilise appropriate M&S & partner IT systems such IBT, PLM, Power BI and SAP.
- Affinity for product.
