Previous construction recruitment/sales experience ESSENTIAL

We are a small but ambitious construction recruitment company looking for a driven and commercially minded individual to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and winning new business. While recruitment experience is beneficial, your primary focus will be developing new client relationships and generating opportunities within the construction sector.

• Identify and win new construction clients
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and construction companies
• Generate vacancies through outbound business development
• Manage client accounts and maintain regular contact
• Match suitable candidates to client requirements
• Negotiate rates, terms, and recruitment agreements
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
• Contribute to the growth and success of the business

• Previous sales, recruitment or business development experience essential
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ambitious and eager to maximise earnings
• Organised with good attention to detail
