Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our global Revenue & Enablement team in London.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement, you will design and deliver engaging learning and enablement experiences that help our commercial colleagues adopt new ways of working, maximise the value of commercial systems and build the capabilities needed to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Working across Growth, Revenue Operations and other Growth adjacent teams, the role combines learning design, facilitation, stakeholder management and revenue enablement. You will lead commercial onboarding programmes, deliver training on systems, platforms, tools and new functionality, support Revenue Operations initiatives and partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to strengthen capability across the sales organisation.

  • Create, curate, and maintain high-quality sales collateral, training materials, and resources that support the sales team
  • Analyse sales performance data and enablement metrics to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and coaching to sales teams on products, processes, and sales methodologies
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programmes that align with organisational revenue objectives and sales strategies
  • Manage and optimise the use of CRM platforms and sales enablement tools to enhance team productivity
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging
  • Design and execute onboarding programmes for new sales hires to accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key performance indicators and regular appraisals
  • Manage enablement projects from conception through delivery, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement and revenue operations
  • Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new sales processes and tools
Qualifications

Required

  • Experience working in a commercial, sales, client-facing, business development, learning or enablement environment.
  • Experience designing and/or delivering workshops, training sessions, onboarding programmes or knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences virtually and in person.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of customer-facing environments.
  • Ability to explain complex systems, processes or technical concepts in a simple, practical and engaging way.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build credibility across a global organisation.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable learning and demonstrating new technologies, systems and business processes.
  • Ability to adapt learning and delivery approaches for different audiences, learning needs, regions and cultural contexts.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in developing others.
  • Flexibility to work occasionally across different time zones to support global audiences and business priorities.
  • Experience in sales, account management, client partnership, business development, solution consulting or sales leadership.
  • Experience supporting the implementation or adoption of CRM, pricing, quoting or other commercial systems.
