The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to take ownership of client projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs, managing client relationships, and driving sales performance.

About the Company
An established, family-owned kitchen and bathroom showroom located in South East London is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join the team. Specialising in the design, supply and delivery of British kitchens, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke design solutions alongside exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with clients in the showroom, identifying their needs and offering tailored design solutions

• Visiting customer site to take measurements and details on their requirements

• Create bespoke kitchen designs, including detailed plans and quotations using CAD software

• Manage enquiries via phone and email, converting leads into successful sales

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

• Experience in kitchen design and sales (essential)

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle

• Proficient in CAD and quotation systems such as Winner is preferred

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Full UK driving licence
