Account Executive; SMB

Overview

We are seeking an energetic Account Executive for our SMB division to build new business with staffing firms. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager (International) and focuses on outbound prospecting, solution consulting, and closing deals.

• Generate a robust pipeline via outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Establish relationships with key decision makers at staffing firms and diagnose their challenges so Bullhorn can demonstrate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, scope implementations, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales activity in Bullhorn CRM, including opportunities won and lost, to improve our product and process.
• Track sales targets and prospect progress, ensuring quota attainment.

• ~6 months of experience in the recruitment industry as a recruiter or in selling solutions to staffing firms.
• Proven ability to build relationships and use problem‑solving skills to achieve sales goals.
• Strong time‑management skills to prioritize inbound and outbound leads efficiently.
• Passion for delivering solutions to early‑stage or growth‑stage startups.
• Creative, innovative approach to prospecting and sales process, comfortable testing new tactics.
