We’re looking for a Head of Sales and Events - UK & Ireland
, based in London, to drive one of our most strategic growth pillars.

This is a leadership role with real ownership: revenue, people, performance, and market expansion.

The UK is one of our most strategic markets, with multiple restaurants and significant potential in the corporate and agency landscape.

Drive and maximise Events & Private Dining revenue across the UK & Ireland.

You’ll own country-level targets, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure strong alignment between Sales and Restaurant Operations — turning demand into seamless, profitable, unforgettable experiences.

• Own and deliver country-level Events & Private Dining revenue targets
• Monitor performance per restaurant and identify growth levers
• Improve inbound conversion rates
• Develop outbound pipeline and key account strategy
• Ensure pricing consistency and strong profitability

• Lead and develop the Events Sales team
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and structured sales rituals
• Coach the team on negotiation, upselling, and closing strategies
• Build a performance-driven, accountable, and motivated sales culture

• Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies and corporate clients
• Represent Big Mamma at key networking and industry events
• Position the brand as a go-to partner for premium, high-energy events

• Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy
• Deliver reliable monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Align commercial demand with operational capacity in close collaboration with restaurant teams

• A strong commercial leader with a performance mindset
• Experienced in managing multi-site or multi-venue sales teams
• Solid understanding of hospitality and events operations
• Highly organised, analytical, and target-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, hands-on environment
• Confident balancing strategy with execution
