Senior Sales Executive - UKI

As the Senior Sales Executive across UKI, you will be primarily responsible for achieving sales targets in your territory and implementing sales strategies set by management. You will drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to market analysis and partnerships with senior decision-makers in the banking and financial services sectors.

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Implement sales strategies as defined by the management team.
• Lead the full new‑logo sales cycle, coordinating pre‑sales and specialist resources.
• Engage prospect teams to understand requirements and deliver quality proposals that highlight Temenos strengths.
• Negotiate or assist in negotiations on terms and conditions of sales and service agreements, based on deal size.
• Conduct market research and develop prospective client profiles, including current systems, future software plans, and key decision makers.

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in new sales and meeting sales targets within the banking and financial sectors.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with decision makers at all organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office) and a solid grasp of IT and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• International experience and flexibility to work across the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.

• Maternity leave: transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month.
