VIE Commercial Key Account Manager - Londres

Exciting VIE opportunity for a Commercial Key Account Manager in London, United Kingdom. Candidates must be eligible for the VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program before applying.

• Support sales growth by identifying key opportunities and assisting in increasing market share/value with key retail customers within the defined remit.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Forecast customer volumes in line with company expectations.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry; analyse customer needs and preferences to aid line managers in developing sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular sales data analysis and produce reports.
• Track major competitor activity and report potential impacts on key brands.
• Prepare monthly analysis reports in line with business requirements.
• Manage travel and business costs within budget limits.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as required.

• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders: team, other Key Account Managers from other regions, trade marketing, finance, marketing, and supply chain departments.
• Maintain relationships with external account contacts, key customers, agencies, and brand ambassadors.

• Degree educated.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, collaborative.
• Autonomous, rigorous, detail‑oriented, and analytically minded.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; additional language, especially German, is a plus.

• Previous commercial and account management experience.
• Experience in the spirits or travel retail industry is a plus.
