Customer Service​/Sales Account Manager

Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact while working closely with internal teams to ensure a first‑class customer experience.

• Managing and developing a portfolio of established customer accounts
• Building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and account value
• Working closely with operations, procurement and logistics to deliver outstanding service
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Managing forecasts, pipeline activity and achieving commercial targets

Salary: £34,000‑£38,000 + benefits
