Centuro Global is seeking an Account Manager to maximise customer value by driving engagement, product adoption, retention and commercial growth. You will act as the strategic owner of relationships following onboarding, coordinating with the Customer Success function.
You will develop strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, create Account Success Plans, drive platform adoption and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring renewals and accurate CRM data.
