As our next Cross Sales Specialist , you’ll help us grow that impact. By connecting with trades and showing the value of joining Checkatrade, you’ll help build stronger businesses and stronger homes across the UK.

• Engaging potential customers and converting leads into Checkatrade members.

• Using solution-based selling to show how we support trade businesses to grow.

• Handling objections with confidence and closing with clarity.

• Keeping Salesforce data tidy, accurate and up to date.

• Working with other teams to share insight, learn fast, and keep smashing targets.

• Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of hitting targets.

• A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.

• Resilience, drive, and a hunger to exceed expectations.

• Solid objection-handling and negotiation skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities.

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage your pipeline.
