Sales Development Representative - No tech

No tech sales experience needed. We're hiring a Sales Development Representative for a fast-growing Series A SaaS company in London. £40-45k base, OTE up to £85k uncapped, full training, and a clear path to Account Executive.

This is a Series A platform that helps logistics companies track their shipments in real time. They've raised their first big round, they're winning customers fast, and they're building the sales team from the ground up. You'd be one of the first SDRs in the door.

• Booking meetings through outbound email, Linked In, and phone
• Researching target accounts and spotting the ones worth chasing
• Qualifying leads and handing the closers warm, well-prepped conversations
• Getting to know the product so your outreach actually connects
• Hitting weekly activity targets and building your very first pipeline

Come from hospitality, retail, recruitment, or anything that taught you to talk to people and take a knock-back on the chin, and you'll fit right in. You're organised, resilient, and ready to learn a new craft. They handle the training.

You'd be early enough to make a real mark, backed enough to give you proper support. This is the ground floor of something growing fast.
