Salary: Basic salary from £26,000 per year plus uncapped commission

As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process while maximizing finance and product sales. You will work within a fast-paced dealership environment where performance is rewarded through an attractive commission structure.

Applicants must have:

• At least 2 years of recent used car sales experience in the UK (main dealer or independent dealership)
• A proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Strong finance penetration performance
• Working knowledge of:
  • Hire Purchase (HP)
  • Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)
  • Sub-prime finance lenders
• Experience valuing and negotiating part-exchange vehicles
• Experience selling additional products, including:
  • Extended warranties
  • GAP insurance
  • Paint protection
  • Service plans
  • Tyre and wheel protection
• A valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work weekends on a rota basis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• A highly motivated, target-driven attitude

• Convert qualified enquiries into vehicle sales
