Export Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Our client in Basildon is a well-established international importer and wholesale distributor looking to recruit an organised and customer-focused Export Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their busy office team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in export administration, logistics, sales support or customer service who enjoys working in a busy environment.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Location:

Basildon

Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.

* Prepare export and shipping documentation.

* Coordinate shipments and liaise with freight providers.

* Manage customer accounts and handle enquiries by telphone and email.

* Process sample requests and maintain accurate customer records.

* Set up new customer accounts and monitor outstanding orders.

* Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

* Support Account Managers and provide general sales administration.

The Ideal Candidate :

* Previous experience in export, logistics, sales support or customer service.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

* Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.

* Positive, proactive and team-focused.
