The role of the Sales Director Fire & Security Systems will involve:

Commercially focussed Sales Director position, focussed on leading sales, business development and strategic growth

Field sales role predominantly selling specialist security solutions (80% CCTV focussed, 20% fire alarms, intruder alarms and access control)

Front line selling, initially only responsible for one BDM and one bid/ tender support person

Heavyweight role, going after £100,000+ projects and targeted to achieve £500,000 permonth once established in role
