Events & Partnerships Manager

• Identify, pitch and secure sponsor ships and commercial partnerships across newsletters, online events and live events.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors and advertisers.
• Develop long-term relationships with brands, agencies and marketing teams.
• Meet and exceed sponsorship and partnership revenue targets.
• Support the planning and delivery of online and in-person events, ensuring successful sponsor activation and event execution.
• Build and engage a community of sponsors, speakers, creators and event attendees.
• Work closely with the founders, editorial and marketing teams to develop new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts using tools such as Apollo and Linked In.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, event sales, partnerships or business development.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving commercial sales targets.
• Experience selling sponsor ships, advertising, media solutions or commercial partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, Linked In and sales tools such as Apollo.
