Corporate FX Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients requiring FX, interest rate and commodity hedging solutions
• Originate new business through proactive business development and networking
• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, Private Equity firms, Family Offices and Institutional clients
• Structure and deliver solutions across Spot and Forward FX FX Options, Structured Risk Management Products.
• Work closely with trading, structuring and execution teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider platform.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic developments and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual revenue and business development targets.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

• Proven experience in FX sales.
• Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing client revenues.
• Experience selling hedging and risk management solutions to corporate and/or institutional clients
• Strong understanding of Foreign Exchange.
• Excellent commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
