The Role We are seeking a confident, personable, and organised Showroom Sales & Client Experience Manager to join a luxury interiors business. This is a varied role combining showroom sales, customer service, and office administration, ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist showroom visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting leads into sales. Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to aftercare. Coordinate orders with suppliers and delivery partners. Handle general office administration and maintain accurate records. Ensure the showroom is presented to a high standard at all times.

About You At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing and administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident working independently and as part of a small team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems.

Experience with CRM systems, Shopify or Xero is advantageous. An interest in luxury interiors, furniture, or design is desirable. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Following training, regular Saturday working will be required with a weekday off in lieu.
