Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our sales process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and customer accounts are managed effectively.

Working closely with the Sales, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse teams, you will manage the complete order lifecycle while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and process new sales orders in Oracle, ensuring customer information, pricing, documentation and order details are accurate.
• Post customer cash receipts in Oracle and allocate payments correctly to customer accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up outstanding payments once goods have been confirmed for delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Manage the complete sales order process from order creation through to completion, including closing sales orders and posting final cash receipts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, payments and product availability.
