Job Summary

Inside Sales Manager responsible for leading and developing a high‑performing inside sales team to drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer engagement. This role blends people leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring the team delivers consistent results while maintaining a strong customer‑first approach.

• Lead, coach, and motivate an inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Set clear expectations around performance, activity, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Support the team with deal strategy, objection handling, and commercial decision‑making.
• Work closely with field sales, account managers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, creating clear development and progression plans.
• Promote a positive, high‑accountability sales culture focused on customer experience.

• Proven experience managing an inside sales or telesales team.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
• Commercial mindset with experience driving team performance and revenue outcomes.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales data.
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
