We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Sales-China Desk role for a real‑estate company based in London.
Our client is a market‑leading real‑estate firm that sells newly built residential property in London to overseas investors. They are searching for a Residential Sales‑China Desk to help build their London office as part of their expansion.
Requirements- Experience selling London property to the Far East.
- Minimum of one year experience working in the international residential property market.
- Minimum of one year experience interacting with Chinese investors.
- A university degree is preferred.
- A consistent sales track record that demonstrates the ability to create and maintain sales funnels over time.
- Accurate, numerate, and computer‑savvy.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
- Cantonese would be an added benefit.
- Understanding of UK property conveyancing, taxation, and mortgage financing would be advantageous.
