This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of both the commercial and marketing functions, helping to increase brand visibility, attract new customers and maximise sales across multiple revenue streams.

The Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that drive both revenue and brand awareness. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll identify new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and ensure the restaurant maintains a strong presence within London's competitive dining market.
