This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established business, selling a diverse portfolio of venues and creating memorable guest experiences. As a Sales & Events Executive, you'll manage your own portfolio of enquiries, guiding clients from their initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of their event. Working closely with venue operations teams, you'll ensure every event exceeds expectations while maximising sales opportunities and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to telephone, email, and online enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage the full sales cycle for private events, group bookings, and exclusive venue hires across one or more sites.
