£47,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

Award- winning, independent events business seeks a talented Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their fast-growing sales team.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person – with founder led plans to sell the business in the next 5 years, this individual will be given the opportunity to benefit from that sale with equity.

The Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager role focuses on selling sponsorship packages across our client's globally renowned conferences both here in London, US and Canada.

These are industry leading, global events – there is scope for international travel and a highly attractive commission structure paying upwards of 10% per deal.

Additionally, due to the structure of the business, this person will have a key say in future strategy and decision making.

Candidate Profile:

* Minimum of 3 years experience in event sponsorship sales

* Ideally degree educated

* Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results.

* Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.

* High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Highly consultative sales approach
