Housing, Specialist and Weddings spanning events, publications and data services.

• Exceeding monthly and show sales targets - ensuring maximum possible delivery against sales targets through telephone, email and face to face sales.
• Producing weekly feedback reports detailing activity and pipeline for the events.
• Management of 5 sales team members.
• Working closely with the marketing team to maximise sales opportunities and promotion.
• Overseeing the smooth running of the onsite rebook, and ensuring the sales team are effective in hitting the expected rebook numbers.
• Contributing ideas and developing opportunities that will assist in the growth of the business.
