Operating out of a breathtaking 1920s Art Deco venue in the heart of London, this company is renowned for grandeur and versatility. With a capacity for up to 880 guests, the venue is a premier destination for everything from wedding ceremonies and theatre-style conferences to high-energy cabaret performances and brand activations. They are currently looking for an ambitious Sales & Events Manager to join their growing team and help expand their reach into new corporate and agency markets.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end position designed to complement the existing sales function by focusing heavily on new client acquisition. As the Sales & Events Manager, you won't just be waiting for the phone to ring; you will be proactively identifying and targeting corporate partners and brand agencies to build your own personal sales pipeline. Once you've won the business, you will own the event through to delivery, acting as the primary client contact throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for the Sales & Events Manager include:

• Proactively generating new event and private hire enquiries through outbound outreach
• Managing a personal sales pipeline with a focus on new business development
• Qualifying leads and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Acting as the lead contact from confirmation through to successful event delivery
  
  Coordinating with the Operations team to manage timelines, guest details, and schedules
• Collaborating with the Head of Sales on priority sectors and revenue targets

We are seeking a Sales & Events Manager who thrives in a proactive sales environment and possesses strong closing capabilities. You should have proven experience in outbound sales and event delivery within the hospitality or venue sector. The successful Sales & Events Manager will be commercially confident in pricing and negotiations, with a natural ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and agencies.

Familiarity with CRM systems and a disciplined approach to pipeline management are essential for this role.
