THE ROLE INCLUDE:
Guiding customers through the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry and test drive through to finance, accessories, and vehicle handover Providing expert advice across the full range of new and approved used BMW models Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions while achieving individual sales targets Proactively building relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals Assisting customers with vehicle configuration, finance options, and part-exchange valuations Negotiating sales professionally while ensuring an outstanding customer experience Accurately processing sales contracts, vehicle orders, and finance documentation Acting as a brand ambassador for BMW and maintaining exceptional product knowledge YOUR PROFILE.

Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales Highly motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets Enjoy following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure Well-organised with excellent diary management and timely follow-ups Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly. Enthusiastic about customer service, professional, and well-presented Must have proven Sales experience in the automotive industry preferred SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.

· Basic salary of £23,000 per annum with a competitive OTE of £50,000–£60,000, with a Company Car.
· Monday, 8:30am to Friday, 6pm plus every Saturday, 9am to 5pm with a day off during the week. Additionally, will be required to work Sundays on a rota basis (1 in 15). ABOUT US.
