Senior BD Manager - Financial Regulatory & Fintech

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join the global business development team of a leading international professional services firm.

Supporting a high-profile Financial Regulatory and Fin Tech practice, you'll work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver strategic business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships, raise market profile and support the firm's growth ambitions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded business development professional looking to take on a broad, international role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Support the delivery of business development and marketing strategies aligned to the firm's commercial objectives.
• Work with partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver targeted client development initiatives.
• Contribute to major pitches, proposals and capability statements.
• Coordinate thought leadership campaigns, client events, seminars and profile-raising activities.
• Support legal directory and award submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client insights to inform business development priorities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver integrated marketing and business development projects.

• Experience in business development or marketing within legal or professional services.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in financial services, regulatory work or Fin Tech.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a strong eye for detail.
