Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and develop a high-performing inbound sales team, guiding Account Executives to convert warm merchants into long-term customers. You ll shape sales processes, coach talent, and scale operations as Sum Up expands into new European markets. Your work bridges sales, marketing, and other teams to improve lead quality and closing rates. This is a growth-focused leadership position with a clear impact on market expansion and team performance.
Pay/ Benefits
- Lead, coach and develop Account Executives with regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Track and analyse sales metrics (lead-to-SQL, SQL-to-deal) and use CRM data to drive improvements
- Build and refine sales processes, playbooks and best practices to boost efficiency and closures
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing and other internal teams to align efforts
- Support hiring and onboarding to scale the team into new markets, aiming for six members

- Experience in a closing sales role with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate and develop others
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) for data-driven decisions
- Ability to balance hands-on selling with team management in a fast-paced environment
