Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday! Benefits: 5 weeks annual leave Generous pension contribution scheme Free parking Key responsibilities would be:
Produce quotes, sales and purchase orders. Progress customers orders. Liaise with customers on the telephone and via email. Support with the shipping of goods. Field telephone calls and emails. Assist with import paperwork and documentation. Provide information and check paperwork for letters of credit. Provide Certificates of Origin when required. Complete applications for shipping insurance as needed. Create and maintain spreadsheets.

Assist with purchasing duties. Perform general admin tasks as required.

Experience and skills required :
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Good communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Solid organisational skills

Experience of importing goods and Sage would be advantageous but not essential Next steps:
