Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily enquiries from buyers and sellers. Booking and conducting property viewings. Carrying out property valuations. Building lasting relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Handling day-to-day administration and supporting the wider sales team. What you'll receive:
Competitive salary of £26,000–£30,000. Generous holiday allowance. Business mileage paid. A supportive and collaborative working environment. Previous estate agency experience is essential , as you'll be expected to hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution. Knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
