The opportunity:

As an Insurance Advisor, you'll become a trusted adviser to your clients, taking the time to understand their individual needs before recommending tailored insurance solutions. No two conversations are ever the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, learning and making a genuine difference. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday and there is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am-12 pm (time off provided in-lieu).

You will receive comprehensive training from experienced professionals while building a long-term career within one of the UK's most respected insurance businesses. What you will be doing:
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understanding individual customer needs through meaningful conversations. Providing tailored insurance advice and solutions. Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey. Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team. Developing your technical knowledge through structured training and professional qualifications.

About you:

You will be someone who:
Loves speaking with people and building genuine relationships. Enjoys finding solutions. Has excellent communication and listening skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous insurance experience isn't essential. If you have experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality or another people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. An interest in specialist areas such as classic cars, motorcycles, marine, equestrian, campervans, motorhomes, fine art or similar hobbies would be a bonus, as passion often helps build stronger client relationships.
