Our client is the UK's largest relocation, moving, and storage company, providing services to homeowners, businesses, and government departments nationwide. They are seeking a confident and customer-focused Field Sales Consultant to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll meet customers both face-to-face and via video consultations, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Working closely with internal teams, you'll build strong customer relationships, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a key role in driving the continued success of the business. Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience at every interaction Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, expectations, and circumstances Conduct detailed customer consultations both in person and via video Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on individual requirements Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey through additional services and partner solutions Manage customer enquiries from initial consultation through to successful completion Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and seamless experience Develop positive relationships with partners and stakeholders Contribute ideas and take ownership to support continuous improvement The

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing, field-based, consultancy, or sales environment Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions A consultative approach with the confidence to guide customers through decisions Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines Comfortable using technology, video platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office including Excel Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer expectations and market needs

Experience with in the relocation, removals, property, or service industry would be advantageous UK Driving Licence Personal Attributes:
