You'll receive structured training, a starting salary of £27,000 rising to £35,000 upon successful completion of training with an OTE of £50,000 .

Package & Benefits Starting salary of £27,000 per annum, increasing to £35,000 after successful completion of training and £36,000 after probation.

Key Responsibilities Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions. Manage enquiries from initial contact through to application with the support of a structured training programme. Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all advice meets regulatory and compliance standards. Build long-term customer relationships while achieving individual performance targets. About You At least 12 months' experience in telesales, outbound sales, contact centre sales, banking, estate agency, insurance or another target-driven sales role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. Able to work from the Manchester office at least three days per week.
