Entry Level Sales Advisor

HBZ is recruiting Entry Level Sales Advisors for a growing client working across campaigns.

This is a strong entry point for anyone looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, or marketing. No experience is required as full HBZ training and ongoing coaching is provided from day one.

• Conducting
  ** outbound telesales phone-based sales calls
• Engaging with customers over the telephone in a professional manner
• Promoting products and services clearly and confidently
• Handling objections and converting leads into sales
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Earning uncapped commission and incentives

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Motivated, confident, and ambitious mindset
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK

• Access to a laptop or computer required for CRM, training and systems
• Reliable internet connection
